Our classes are welcoming and tailored to suit everyone from beginners to more experienced practitioners. We offer Hatha, Restorative, Ashtanga, Yin, Pregnancy, Beginners and 60’s Plus classes to develop your flexibility, cultivate your strength, and ease tension in both body and mind.
